As a part of National Pharmacy week celebrations, a awareness program were conducted at eight different villages surrounding Moga to create awareness among the public about pesticides poisoning by students and faculty of Department of Pharmacy Practice to ensuring proper storage of pesticides, first aid treatment and sign and symptoms of pesticides poisoning. Awareness was created among the people by distributing brochure, information leaflet in two languages, English and Punjabi. About 150 students have participated in the awareness camp. The campaign was conducted under the supervision of Amit Sharma, Head, Dept. of Pharmacy Practice; Mr. Sourabh Kosey, Dr. Devesh Kumar, Mr. Shamsher Singh Bajwa, Ms. Ramandeep Kaur and Ms. Ritika Sharma. Faculties, non-teaching and supporting staff taken efforts for successful celebrations of National Pharmacy week. on dated :- 16th to 21st Nov 2015
